Santa Fe GP9u 2244 switches the piggyback facility on Stephen M. Priest’s St. Louis Division layout. This layout and many other fine examples of modeling will be on tour during the convention.
I will cover 4 items that I have automated on my railroad. A rotary hopper car dumper controlled with a cam and limit switch controller. A automated loading platform for dispensing boxes onto a flat car controlled by an Arduino. An overhead dual car cable car system with end and intermediate stations controlled with JMRI. An automated turntable with controlled indexing and switching of storage rays controlled by JMRI using a CMRI SMINI and other custom electronics.
